If you are not sure how to place an order, let us help you by leading you
through our shopping process.
SEARCHING FOR TITLES/ARTISTS/TRACKS etc.
Once you are in the catalogue, you have the option to search for the
title/artist or track you are looking for, by using either the search
facility or category listings provided.
MORE DETAILS ON YOUR SELECTION
By clicking on the album cover, you will access more information on your
selection e.g. a picture of the sleeve; description of the album; a track
listing; a sound sample of the music and any reviews which have been posted
for the album.
ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR SHOPPING CART
If you have found what you are looking for, then simply click on the order
button. Once you have chosen this option, you will be presented with your
shopping cart, which will show the item and price (not including relevant
tax charges). If you want to order another title, then click the continue
shopping button and you can add another selection to your cart. If you are
finished shopping, then click the checkout button.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST
All prices are in sterling and Euros. Once you have selected the checkout option, you can see exactly how much your order will cost, including taxes, where applicable. You can also use our currency converter to convert the amount into your own currency. As this currency converter continually
updates, the final amount will be calculated on the day that your order is
processed - but the converter will give you a very close approximation of
the final cost to you.
PLACE YOUR ORDER
Once you are happy with the price, you will be asked to complete your
PERSONAL INFORMATION form. Please remember this is a secure order system.
Once you have entered all your details, click submit secure order and your
order will be submitted to Macmeanmna.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Macmeanmna fulfils CD orders from Scotland to anywhere in the world.
SHIPPING COSTS
We will send your order by 1st class mail, or airmail (where applicable),
unless you request otherwise (see below). The postage/air mail charge is
included in our price. There are no additional charges unless you choose
another method of shipping (see below).
OTHER SHIPPING METHODS
If another method of shipping is preferred, then this can be done by special
arrangement. Please email, fax or phone your request, and we will quote the
cost by return, if possible.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES INFORMATION
(You are responsible for any charges made by your local customs authorities)
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES may be due on your order when it reaches your country.
·ADDITIONAL CHARGES for customs clearance must be borne by you and we cannot
predict what these might be. For further information it is advisable to
contact your local customs office. That way you will be sure, as importer
of the goods, that you comply with the laws and regulations of the country
in which you are receiving the goods.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to
Macmeanmna in its original condition within 30 days of your invoice date for
a full refund. If the return is due to an error on the part of Macmeanmna,
then shipping charges will also be refunded. Returns should be sent to:

DATA PROTECTION
Macmeanmna will keep your details on a database for our use only. We may
use the information you provide to send you details of new releases and
other Macmeanmna offers. If you do not wish your details to be held on our
